St. Paul's (Middlechurch) Anglican Church

Greetings from our Sunday School!

Sunday School has resumed for the year!

Please join us for another enjoyable year of learning.

The Sunday School is run by an experienced teacher.  We have a primary class as well as a junior class.

Our curriculum is taken from "The Best of Whole People of God Online" and the lessons conform to the weekly church lectionary.  These lessons will intrigue children of all ages as they are activity based with hands-on projects.  The children learn about the Bible and the Christian way of life in a friendly, respectful, and reverent manner.

The children take an active part in the Church Service by joining the choir in a children's hymn, taking the offering and presenting the gifts to the Altar.  There is a special portion of the service for the children, which involves them in a meaningful way.  Last December, the Brownies and the Sunday School had a Christmas party where the children enjoyed good food, camaraderie and games.  At our annual picnic last June, the children had a great day of fellowship, food and outdoor activities.

The mission of our Sunday School is: "To nurture our children and help them grow up in a spiritual and faithful atmosphere that is filled with love and respect".

Teacher,

Norm Koe

St Paul's has had a number of regular and special activities throughout the year!  These included an active Sunday School, a choir, and a  weekly Meditation group and a  maintenance/coffee group. Some of these groups have been on hold due to the Pandemic but we are gradually resuming as we are able.

Due to declining numbers, we currently don't have a Choir.
